One of the most popular programs for business people who want to settle in Quebec with their families as permanent residents. It is the only program in Canada that requires a risk-free passive investment.
This program has been in operation for nearly 30 years and offers an immigration option to business people who wish to settle in Quebec and become permanent residents.
The program requires a passive, risk-free investment that is fully guaranteed by the Quebec government. It does not require acquiring or creating a business or making risky investments.
This program is restricted and therefore based on limited quotas for each application period.
