AURAY Capital Canada Inc. and AURAY Capital International Inc. provide residency and citizenship-by-investment programs and other services to their clients, or refer, as the case may be or as the context may require, to either of these corporations.

AURAY Capital Canada Inc. and AURAY Capital International Inc. are separate legal entities, and in this Privacy Policy, the term “AURAY Capital” refers, as the case or context may be, to AURAY Capital Canada Inc. or AURAY Capital International Inc.

AURAY Sourcing International offers an integrated, turnkey solution to assist Quebec and Canadian companies with their local and international specialized labor issues.

AURAY Sourcing Immigration is a law firm registered with the Quebec Bar. Its mission is to assist Quebec companies in international recruitment as well as various foreign nationals in their immigration process.

The www.auray.com website (the “Website”) is owned by AURAY Capital and AURAY Sourcing (collectively “AURAY” or “we”) and is intended and designed to provide information about AURAY, its business, services, products, promotions, tools, etc., and to interact with its customers. This Website includes text, images, software, graphics, interfaces, or code and the selection and arrangement of content and other materials (collectively, the “Content”) provided by or licensed to Auray, all for informational purposes only.

These Terms govern your use of all features of the Website as provided by AURAY. Please take the time to read these Terms carefully as they contain terms and conditions relating to your use of the Content, the Website or your browsing of the Website.

The purpose of the Website is to facilitate the dissemination of general information about the services offered by AURAY in the ordinary course of its business and to initiate contact between AURAY and its customers. In this regard, you may view this Website, subject to what is described below, and download and print hard copies of portions of it.

These Terms and Conditions and their interpretation, performance, enforcement, validity and effect shall be governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the laws in force in Canada applicable in the Province of Quebec governing all or any of the provisions contained herein. To the extent permitted by law, any claim, directly or indirectly, hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, to the exclusion of the courts of any other jurisdiction.
