Vice President and General Manager Stephane joined AURAY Capital in 2018 after accumulating over 20 years of experience in the securities and corporate services industry. Prior to joining the team, he was responsible for the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program at Desjardins and a member of the management of the Major Accounts team offering services to Businesses. He brings his varied expertise to the various business immigration programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and several designations from the Canadian Securities Institute.

Émilie Sauvé

Director, Client Services Émilie is a passionate international recruitment professional. Since the beginning of her career, she has been helping companies with various human resources issues. Émilie is a human polyglot who systematically aims to offer winning solutions to her clients. With 20 years' experience in human resources and over 5 years in international recruitment, she has lived through many situations enabling her to offer sound, concrete advice. As Director of Client Services at AURAY Sourcing International, Émilie guides Canadian companies through the entire international recruitment process. Listening and understanding are her trademarks.

Chrystian Couture

Director, Client Services His career path has given him experience in a multitude of fields. Chrystian helped create a new business, in the development of a start-up, managing an SME, managing teams, and in the retail sector and on the road. Since 2014, Chrystian has been working in the international recruitment industry. All these experiences allowed him to understand the needs and frustrations experienced by entrepreneurs and HR departments of different companies searching for workers.
Atieh Bahrami

Atieh Bahrami

Director, Client Services and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Atieh, a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants since July 2021, holds a doctorate in chemical engineering from Université Laval and graduated as an immigration consultant from Ashton College (2020). Passionate about immigration law, she is also authorized to represent clients in front of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Before joining AURAY, she worked for several years as a researcher in Canada and France. In 2021, she founded ViVo Canada Immigration Services where she gained in-depth expertise in the field. She speaks Persian, English and French. In January 2024, Atieh joined the AURAY Sourcing Immigration team as a director and regulated canadian immigration consultant for business development, putting into practice her passion for immigration law.
Margarita Akritidou

Margarita Akritidou

Operations Coordinator, Talent Margarita Akritidou has more than 12 years of experience in operations and project management, particularly with an international focus. As part of the AURAY Sourcing International team, she works to continuously improve operational processes and procedures to provide an optimal experience for clients, partners and talent around the world. Previously, she worked with the President and CEO of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton and as a research assistant and advisor on international mobility and university exchange programs at the New Zealand Embassy and the European Parliament in Brussels. Margarita holds a Master's degree in History and in International Negotiation from the University of Aix-Marseille in France and is passionate about cultural diversity, languages and people relations. She has studied and worked in more than 5 different countries and speaks 7 foreign languages.

Caroline Comeau

Advisor, Talent Acquisition Caroline Comeau has 25 years of experience in sales, customer relations and business development. She joined AURAY Sourcing International in November 2019 as a talent acquisition advisor. These years of experience have allowed her to touch all areas between sales and communications, allowing her to easily understand and help integrate different sectors within a business. Caroline is very human-oriented with a great sense of listening. Her career turn was a crucial step for her personal and professional growth.

Ulrike Siko

Coordinator, Recruitment Passionate about different cultures and the business world, Ulrike decided to do a Bachelor of international business management at the ESG-UQAM. This taught her about marketing, economics and human resources with an international dimension. Ulrike graduated in June 2021 and has been working for AURAY Sourcing since November 2021. This position allows her to combine her two passions, which are collaborating between different cultures and contributing to the well-being of local companies.

Coordinator, Recruitment Bernardo Fernandez is a Recruitment Coordinator with over 10 years of business development, recruitment and international mobility experience. Bernardo has extensive experience with international recruitment and mobility practices and challenges which he gained over the past 10 years in the fields of education, international business, newcomer greeting and integration coordination. He has also trained as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. His understanding of the situations faced by immigrants, experience in developing local and international partnerships, and ability to communicate in more than five languages make him a key member of our team.

Marichka Arokiasami

Advisor, Talent Acquisition Marinchka Arokiasami holds a Bachelor of Communications and has several years of recruitment and administrative experience. She also worked as an analyst in the immigrant investor program for a bank, where she acquired a very different cultural perspective. She is passionate about other cultures and is always on the lookout for new trends in the recruitment world.

Advisor International Mobility Myriam has over ten years of experience in the immigration field, eight of which have been spent integrating and accompanying new immigrants in corporate and community settings. As an International Mobility Advisor, she is responsible for our mobility services. Her expertise in human resources management, administration and budgeting, combined with her expertise in francization, is a major asset in meeting the integration needs of workers and local businesses. Recruitment Coordinator With a bachelor's degree in human and organizational communication and a certificate in immigration and interethnic relations from UQAM, Vanessa joined the Auray team in October 2022 to support local businesses with their labor shortages. Her varied, immigration-focused work experience makes her a professional who understands the complex issues involved in managing immigration files, and the importance of collaborating with the various stakeholders in the process. She is determined to contribute to the success of local companies in their international talent acquisition efforts.

Alexandra Boegly

Immigration Operations Coordinator Alexandra is originally from the south of France. She worked for 10 years in the medical field as a caregiver before retraining to become a management assistant. She has since obtained a diploma as a payroll and social hub leader, which includes the skill sets of managing personnel administration and participating in Human Resource project groups. For a little over a year, she has been based in Québec City, where she started out in Mallette’s immigration consulting services and then became the Immigration Operations Coordinator for AURAY Sourcing Immigration.

Lawyer, Immigration Law A member of the Quebec Bar since 2020, Émilie holds a Licenciate in Law (LL. L.) and an Honours B. Soc. Sc. International Development and Globalization, with Cum Laude, from the University of Ottawa. With a keen interest in social justice issues and international law, Émilie has been involved in a number of initiatives throughout her studies: she has been a student volunteer for the Refugee Sponsorship Support Program (SSP) and a coordinator for the Réseau national d’étudiant(e)s pro bono du Canada (Civil Law) at the University of Ottawa. She has also conducted international development research in Senegal. Émilie is now a member of the Quebec Immigration Lawyers Association (AQAADI) and continues to be passionately dedicated to various community organizations.

Lawyer, Immigration law Stéphanie has been a member of the Quebec Bar since January 2022. She graduated with a civil law degree from University of Montreal in 2017 and then completed a Juris Doctor in North American common law (LL.B. and J.D.). She did her articling in an immigration law firm with a particular focus on temporary residency. She previously worked for Amnesty International and the Ministry of Justice.

Originally from Romania, he has always known that his practice would centre on immigration law. Radu now mainly specializes in economic immigration.

Lukasz Cierpikowski

Lawyer, Immigration Law Lukasz has been a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar since 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Université de Montréal. During his professional career, Lukasz has worked in the field of corporate law, specifically with extraprovincial corporations across Canada. Prior to joining the AURAY team, he completed his articling at the Bar in civil litigation and had the opportunity to defend his clients’ interests before various courts. He now practises economic immigration law, bringing with him the knowledge and skills he has developed over the past few years to guide Quebec-based businesses in their endeavours.

Nathalie Yaghjian

Lawyer, Immigration Law Nathalie obtained a Civil Law degree (LL. L.) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a Minor in Criminology (B. Soc. Sc.) from the University of Ottawa. She has developed diversified legal expertise through her civil and commercial litigation practice. She has represented clients, including major Canadian banks and telecommunication corporations, before various Canadian courts. Nathalie joined the Auray Sourcing Immigration team as an immigration lawyer. In fact, for several years she worked as a customs officer with the Canada Border Services Agency, where she was required to assess numerous economic immigration applications.

Advisor, International Mobility Sylvie is a Canadian Regulated Immigration Consultant with over six years of experience in international mobility. Her previous experience includes research, information processing, monitoring, consulting and project management.

Paralegal Marie Louise holds a Bachelor of Economics. She has 20 years of experience in business management and administration, including more than 17 years developing strategies and skills to assess and provide relevant solutions to clients’ needs. Her work has contributed to the successful business management and cost-effectiveness of the Rwanda Social Security Board. To help businesses relaunch their activities, and motivated by her own immigration experience, Marie Louise decided to enter the immigration field. This led to her joining the Auray Sourcing Immigration team in March 2023 as an immigration paralegal.

Paralegal Viviana is originally from Colombia and has basic legal training. She has been practising law outside of Canada since 2012. Ever passionate about immigration law, she has over eight years of paralegal experience in economic immigration and graduated in 2019 with a Canadian Immigration Consultant diploma from LaSalle College. She is currently studying for a DESS in Canadian and Quebec immigration regulations at the Université de Montréal.
