Local recruiting is a common practice for SMEs in Quebec, but did you know that international recruitment is also within your reach and simpler than you think? AURAY offers a turnkey solution for international recruitment and immigration law so you can meet all your labour needs and achieve your growth objectives. We will support you every step of the way.

An international recruitment process broken down into three steps.

Recruitment

Our international recruitment services department works closely with a team of talent acquisition specialists in Quebec and our global network of recruiters. Our team understands the challenges of international hiring. We do everything possible to find you the worker who will truly add value to your organization.

• Recruitment development strategies.
• Search for candidates in the overseas labour pool.
• Digital processes with both virtual and recorded interviews.
• Preselection of candidates based on their technical skills.
• Recommendation of candidates based on the required profiles and their motivations to come live in Quebec.

Immigration

The international recruitment process involves many legal requirements. Our team of immigration consultants and lawyers provides strategies and recommends the most appropriate immigration programs for your company’s needs. We offer the expertise necessary to reduce the process costs and delays.

• Evaluation of your company’s eligibility for the various programs available for hiring foreign workers.
• Handling of all legal procedures including LMIAs and work permit applications.
• Post-hiring follow-up and compliance.
• Representation with government bodies.

Integration

Socioprofessional integration is key to a successful hiring process so it begins before the professional arrives in Canada. We have the support of several strategic partners to ensure a positive experience for both your company and the foreign worker and to increase the chances of long-term integration.

• Identification of integration objectives and preparation of an action plan.
• Preparation for the arrival of foreign workers.
