Vice President and General Manager Wayne acquired extensive international market development expertise in more than 60 countries over a 20-year period. He has an in-depth understanding of global networking knowledge, cultures and options. He specializes in sales, marketing and business strategy development. He served as corporate director and manager in various sectors for over 25 years.

Caroline Comeau

Advisor, Talent Acquisition Caroline Comeau has 25 years of experience in sales, customer relations and business development. She joined AURAY Sourcing International in November 2019 as a talent acquisition advisor. These years of experience have allowed her to touch all areas between sales and communications, allowing her to easily understand and help integrate different sectors within a business. Caroline is very human-oriented with a great sense of listening. Her career turn was a crucial step for her personal and professional growth.

Marie-Josée Robinson

Advisor, Talent Acquisition Marie-Josée is passionate about human resources, but more specifically about talent acquisition. For more than 20 years, she has contributed with dedication to the achievement of her partners’ objectives. Through her collaborative approach and working closely to both employees and management, she plays a role in mobilizing teams. Her career path has taken her through many different avenues, from retail to multinationals and large corporate companies, where she has played different roles in each organization. She is also a graduate of HEC in Human Resources Management.

Chrystian Couture

Director, Client Services His career path has given him experience in a multitude of fields. Chrystian helped create a new business, in the development of a start-up, managing an SME, managing teams, and in the retail sector and on the road. Since 2014, Chrystian has been working in the international recruitment industry. All these experiences allowed him to understand the needs and frustrations experienced by entrepreneurs and HR departments of different companies searching for workers.

Margarita Akritidou

Operations Coordinator, Talent Margarita Akritidou has more than 12 years of experience in operations and project management, particularly with an international focus. As part of the AURAY Sourcing International team, she works to continuously improve operational processes and procedures to provide an optimal experience for clients, partners and talent around the world. Previously, she worked with the President and CEO of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton and as a research assistant and advisor on international mobility and university exchange programs at the New Zealand Embassy and the European Parliament in Brussels. Margarita holds a Master's degree in History and in International Negotiation from the University of Aix-Marseille in France and is passionate about cultural diversity, languages and people relations. She has studied and worked in more than 5 different countries and speaks 7 foreign languages.

Ulrike Siko

Coordinator, Recruitment Passionate about different cultures and the business world, Ulrike decided to do a Bachelor of international business management at the ESG-UQAM. This taught her about marketing, economics and human resources with an international dimension. Ulrike graduated in June 2021 and has been working for AURAY Sourcing since November 2021. This position allows her to combine her two passions, which are collaborating between different cultures and contributing to the well-being of local companies.

Bernardo Fernandez

Coordinator, Recruitment Bernardo Fernandez is a Recruitment Coordinator with over 10 years of business development, recruitment and international mobility experience. Bernardo has extensive experience with international recruitment and mobility practices and challenges which he gained over the past 10 years in the fields of education, international business, newcomer greeting and integration coordination. He has also trained as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. His understanding of the situations faced by immigrants, experience in developing local and international partnerships, and ability to communicate in more than five languages make him a key member of our team.

Marichka Arokiasami

Coordinator, Recruitment Marinchka Arokiasami holds a Bachelor of Communications and has several years of recruitment and administrative experience. She also worked as an analyst in the immigrant investor program for a bank, where she acquired a very different cultural perspective. She is passionate about other cultures and is always on the lookout for new trends in the recruitment world.

Anne Desrousseaux

Coordinator, International Mobility Anne Desrousseaux has four years of experience in the integration of newcomers and raising awareness about immigration in schools, businesses and organizations. While at the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi en immigration de Beauce-Sud (Saint-Georges) she carried out several assignments: creation of welcome and integration structures in the municipalities of her RCM, activities for newcomers, awareness activities in schools and seniors’ residences, radio program with or without guests, organization of a citizenship ceremony in Saint-Georges, installation assignments for businesses, activities to attract people to the region, including people from outside Canada. Within Auray Sourcing, she will work on welcoming, integration and business development. She studied international trade, has traveled extensively and speaks four languages. She has a keen interest in all aspects of immigration and more specifically in the integration of newcomers.

Mélanie Beauvais

Advisor, Talent Acquisition With more than 20 years of experience in business management, Mélanie joined the AURAY Sourcing International team in June 2022 as a talent acquisition consultant. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in the fields of sales as well as in the development of operational plans and procedures. Whether part of a large corporation or a Quebec SME, Mélanie was able to increase the organization’s profitability and productivity using an approach that places the human at the heart of it all. Driven by this passion for human resources and structure organization, she chose to integrate the Auray team to help local companies recruit foreign workers.
