Roles and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Coop and the subsidiaries to ensure efficient and consolidated financial and operational management.
- Provide management with essential financial information, including financial analyses, profitability and management reports, budget forecasts as well as recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the accounting department in the production of financial reports.
- Develop, maintain and implement digital management tools allowing for the better monitoring of operations and profitability.
- Manage relationships with financial partners, including banks, investors and external auditors.
- Manage the IT equipment of the subsidiaries and the Coop.
- Train, develop and supervise the accounting department.
- Take on any other responsibility related to the financial and operational control of the subsidiaries and the Coop.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with the CPA title being a strong asset.
- 7 years of experience in a similar role that included team supervision.
- Good knowledge of IT and systems.
